I felt my body so much better from the very first try of this mat. I am impressed. I have chronic back pains so that is what i have tired it for first. I am yet to explore its other benefits. I would have loved it being at least 50cm wide as it does not fully cover my scapulas when i lay down on it but it does the job..

As a size (90x60), it covers me from the occipital bone to the top of my head, thus covering my entire back, or from the waist down to my feet. To do the whole body, I have to do it 8 times twice. I would have preferred it a little bigger, but I'll make do. .

This red light mat has very good workmanship and quality. The human eye cannot see the light with a wavelength of 850nm, but the heat energy generated by 850nm can be felt. I prefer to use both 660nm and 850nm. I sit for a long time at work, so i often have back pain, i hope this mat can effectively relieve my pain. I will use it frequently.

This is one of my best buys from aliexpress. This relieves all my aches and pains, especially since i have fibromyalgia. My only complaint is it has a plastic coating on it which is very cold to lie on until the pad heats up. I use it every night. It was very reasonably priced and arrived very quickly.

Works great

Smaller than it looks in the photos- heed the stated dimensions. I’ve so far only tried it once. It’s extremely simple to put together and the instructions were not necessary so i didn’t read them. It works well- obviously i cannot comment on durability or efficacy but there are no obvious defects. I’ve had good experiences with other red light therapy products, efficacy-wise, and this seems like it will be good too. I use them for beauty, skin healing and also healing for sports injuries.

I purchased morebig, but it was about the size of a regular size I imagined. Morebig is recommended. It feels gently warm with near-infrared rays. My wife was happy that her back pain has eased.

Product is exactly as described and shipping time was much quicker than i expected. I only wish that it was rechargeable so i didn’t have to be tethered to a power cord. I can’t speak to results for obvious reasons but i am optimistic that it is high quality.
