The package of 2 LED belts has no packaging box and no user manual... I don't know if I will keep these products. How to find solutions!!!

Excellent!!!! I bought it for my 75-year-old mother who has osteoarthritis and hip dysplasia. She's quite a skeptic! She used it for 10 consecutive days on the affected joint area - and like in a fairy tale - her posture straightened, she moves more actively, and the pain is completely gone!!! It's clear that this isn't a cure, but the support for blood circulation and inflammation relief from the affected joint - infrared light works!! I highly recommend it to everyone - relieve your parents' pain.

Item was never received. Seller uses speedx shipping who get horrible reviews. They are known for delivering to wrong addresses or not at all. Beware. Seller told me to call the shipper. I paid via paypal so was able to get a refund thru them. Seller was not helpful.
