Took 43 days to arrive to czechia, a bit too long but i got it nonetheless. Didn’t have to pay anything extra, which is good. First impressions are good, nice build quality from what i can see. Stand with wheels included in the package. There was no manual in the box, so not really sure how to operate properly. The power button on the back is a little bit loose. Other than that looks solid so far, curious to see how it goes.

It's so powerful and elegant. Looks and feels professional. We would pay at least double the amount for western brands - who design and build their products in china anyway. Definitely recommend.

Light is great, perfect size, comes with back stand and ropes to suspend. Works well and is powerful. Delivery to uk about 2 weeks, no issues.

Just as advertised. We haven't tried it yet, just turned it on to see if it works. The seller is very attentive, responds to everything. The shipping was quite fast, it's a shame that upon arrival they charged us €40 for customs, but it's worth it because it still came out very well in terms of price. I recommend it without a doubt.

The panel itself works well and is very bright, it’s definitely functioning as expected in terms of intensity and coverage.

There are a couple of minor cosmetic issues: a scratch on the control panel and a visible scuff mark on the front of the unit.

Functionally though, the panel is solid. The red and nir lights appear strong and consistent. I tested it using a light meter app and got decent ppfd readings and a strong spike in the expected wavelength range (around 660nm), which is reassuring. The panel arrived with no instructions, but pretty simple to set up.

Best seller.. very cooperative.. the device is excellent and I use it for spinal stenosis and ALS, it really relieved me.

Recently, i had foot surgery. The panel helped me tremendously in reducing post- operation swelling in the recovery. I would like recommended the panel to others.

Everything was perfect and the product is clearly very powerful. I checked the near infrared on my phone and the colour was vibrant pink so clearly lots of rays coming off. There are no instructions but it's easy to work it out child's play. 👏

That one got very fast and it works. My only complain is that this 400w-2s model have actual power125w±5% leds.

Absolutely fantastic! The customer service i've experienced has been outstanding. First off, i asked about emf levels, and they sent me photos of them holding an emf reader to the machine. I checked when it arrived, and i'm happy! They also helped me find the right screws m6 and 4-point suspension hanger (which comes with the 1500 watt version but not the 1000 watt version) so that i can rig it up flat. I'm very happy with the price, postage and quality of the machine. It doesn't come with instructions but there are loads of books that can help you get the time/distance correct. I've worked the machine out to be about 53 mw/cm squared at 50 cm. That's powerful.
